What would summer camp in Italy be without mouth-watering, locally inspired cuisine?
Salerno’s rich farmlands and access to ports for fresh seafood make for a virtual feast of authentic, farm-to-table culinary experiences. Campers will enjoy daily home-cooked meals sourced from local organic farms, markets, and yes, from the gardens of the Domus!  Traditional Italian fare by local chefs as well as fresh local fruit and produce, irresistible homemade cakes and pastries are all enjoyed in garden, amid stunning views of the Island of Capri, the ocean, and surrounding mountains.
